St. Wendelin: the creation eighth
Today is the anniversary of one of the great cartridge for the farming and agriculture, a saint, which the people confide in the old days in a special way their cattle. It is the hl. Wendelin, historically in the 6th century has lived as a hermit in the Vosges.
As hermit had a special Sensus Wendelin probably why the Man not only in relation to other human lives, but also that the relationship with animals and nature is important. A hermit has a keen ear and a keen sense. He knows that God is trying also to the creation, come and talk to us.
Perhaps one reason that the relationship between man and nature today has come out of balance, is that the alert ear and keen sense for the voice of God in creation today is sometimes missing or not clearly marked. One can be heard and the feeling but also train.
we look once again for a few moments from our sometimes gray look beyond everyday life, we look at plants and animals that we enjoy listening to sun and rain, we are the wind, finally, we open our hearts to the Spirit of the Lord who fills the universe!
